Aviation Companies Reach Distribution Agreement
June 3, 2014
Professional Aviation Associates (PAA) recently signed an agreement with an AGC Aerospace & Defense Company-owned firm called Commuter Air Technology (CAT) that allows CAT to sell its exhaust gas extractors, air cargo carriers, and tires to a broader marketplace, using PAA’s extensive distribution network to reach more domestic and international customers. PAA’s president believes that the newly sealed partnership between it and the AGC Aerospace & Defense Company subsidiary carries with it great value.
The three products that PAA will distribute include CAT’s line of soft-touch tires, which improve ground roll, safety, and gear performance on Beechcraft King Air airplanes. The agreement also covers its precision-designed exhaust gas extractor, which helps reduce internal turbine temperature, raise fuel efficiency, and eliminate exhaust manifold cracking on three different models of King Air planes. As a result, the product is in demand.
CAT, a business with almost three decades of experience in the aerospace industry, provides certified aircraft modifications as well as technical services like aircraft maintenance and supplemental type certifications process management.
